Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram DM with the piece you like, your size, and your colour. We confirm availability and arrange in-store pickup or shipping — there's no online checkout, we like to get it right with you first.
We have boutiques in Adelaide (Churchill Centre, Kilburn) and Melbourne (Dandenong), including our newest branch next to the original store that's home to the Silver Collection. Everyone is welcome to walk in and browse.
Yes — we ship across Australia. Message us with your postcode and the piece you want, and we'll confirm postage and timing before you pay.
Yes. Our traditional Hazaragi and Afghan dresses, shawls, and silver jewellery are handmade and hand-finished, which is why colours, sizing, and stock can vary piece to piece.
We do. If you want a particular colour, size, or design, message us and we'll make yours — made-to-order with love. Allow extra time for embroidery and sourcing.
All the time — the fastest way to see them is our Instagram reels, which we film in store. Follow @kabulfashion_adelaide and @kabulfashion_melbourne, or check the Reels page here.

“Made by hand in your colour and size — we guide the fit, the timing, and the rest.”Kabul Fashion
You send us the piece you love, your measurements, and your event date, and we confirm colour, fit, and timing before anything is made. We craft it by hand, then you collect it in store in Adelaide or Melbourne, or we post it to you across Australia.
Yes — that is the heart of made to order. Tell us the colour, size, and any detail you have in mind, and we will tell you honestly what is possible before we begin. Allow a little extra time for embroidery and sourcing.
These garments are made to be worn, and minor settling of coinwork or beading is expected over a long night of celebration. Just bring it back in or message us and we will restore the piece properly — there is no fuss over ordinary wear.
Yes. For weddings and multi-day events, we help you put together coordinated looks across the nikah, henna, and reception. Tell us the running order and who is being dressed, and we plan the pieces around your timing.

We ship right across Australia. Because handmade garments vary in weight and embellishment, we confirm postage, cost, and timing per piece over WhatsApp before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Within Australia, most ready pieces arrive in a few business days once your order is confirmed. Made-to-order pieces take longer because they are crafted by hand, so we quote a realistic window before you commit and share tracking once it ships.
Yes. You are welcome to walk into Kabul Fashion in Adelaide (Churchill Centre, Kilburn) or Melbourne (Dandenong) to collect, try things on, and check the fit and styling in person before your event.
Made-to-order pieces are prepared specifically for you, so we confirm every detail — sizing, colour, timing — with you before we begin. For ready pieces, message us as soon as it arrives if anything is not right and we will work through it with you directly.

Fit comes first. We work from your measurements rather than a generic size chart, and we flag anything that needs adjusting before we make or set a piece aside for you. If you are unsure how to measure, we walk you through it over WhatsApp.
Many pieces allow for adjustment, and made-to-order pieces are crafted to your measurements from the start. We will tell you honestly what is possible on a given garment before you decide, so the drape and proportion stay true.
Hang the garment to release folds and steam gently from a distance — never iron directly over coins, beads, or mirrorwork. Dress with perfume and makeup already on, and store flat or on a padded hanger away from direct light and damp.
For Eid and wedding season, four to six weeks gives the most room for sizing, alterations, sourcing, and shipping. Last-minute requests are still welcome — we handle them case by case and tell you straight away what is achievable.
